eConsultancy's JUMP event - Online and Offline All joined up

Logan Tod & Co will be joining 40 international experts and the brightest minds in on and offline marketing for a one-day conference dedicated to helping you and your team be the best you possibly can. Marketing has entered a new era. The web has revolutionised the way we communicate yet traditional offline efforts remain the focal point for many brands. Campaigns have a reach like never before, but to achieve their full potential the on and offline spheres must interact to create a new kind of marketing, where we work together to share data, insight, strategies and successes. We achieve so much more together than we can apart. JUMP 2010 will focus on how we can make our marketing more effective by having a joined up approach.

We will be addressing broader issues, such as ‘why people and process are as critical to success as tool selection’, along with specific issues such as ‘avoiding the pitfalls of over reliance on averages and conversation rates’ and how a few simple reports can save your company thousands. Teradata Seminar – Putting All The Pieces Together

Matthew Tod will be joining the Teradata team for a free half day seminar, hosted by Teradata, on Thursday 1st July.

Consumers are people, not cookie ID’s, phone numbers or email addresses. For many years marketers have been forced to view customers through a variety of channels, creating inconsistent experiences, reducing satisfaction and creating inefficiencies in their business.

Now leading edge companies have started to link online behaviour with customer databases to create a single joined up view of the consumer.

Join us at this free seminar to discover the importance of ‘web intelligence’ and its role in driving insight, plus hear from Matthew who will be examining these opportunities to use data more intelligently and showing how a more joined up approach will enable companies to accelerate faster more profitable growth.

To register simply click here or email jamie.cameron@teradata.com or call 020 7535 3612.

eCommerce Breakfast Seminar
"Improving online performance & customer experience in today's economic climate. Re-platform or re-fresh?"

Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of an online retailing presence is critical for eCommerce leaders and managers and results from the latest eRetail Benchmark Index, the quarterly index tracking the online performance of top retailers, illustrate which UK retailers are getting this right. In the current economical climate, how should a retailer go about distinguishing between the need for optimising its current platform versus a complete technology re-fresh and justifying the decision? This breakfast seminar will help retailers indentify the key elements of the customer experience, look at best practices and then learn how to apply these practices to improve performance.

Matthew Tod is a key speaker at this event and will discuss how retailers can apply these lessons to improve their customer experience. He will cover a number of topics including how to measure the customer journey using web analytics tools, best practice KPI’s for retailers, benchmarks that matter and how to convert insight into hard sales.

In addition, Portaltech, a leading UK Systems Integrator (S/I) and Consultancy specializing in Commerce and Retail solutions to help companies trade online, and its strategic partner Hybris, a leading multi-channel communication and commerce software vendor, will examine how existing platforms can be optimized and at what point a technology re-fresh or re-platform is required to ensure continued growth.
