Our strategic approach looks at three key areas:
- Business objectives. To succeed online it is critical that clear business objectives are set, and that the commercial objectives of the website are aligned and integrated with your overall business strategy.
- Benchmarks and targets. Over five years we have collected hard business and website usage data to establish a series of industry and commercial benchmarks. By comparing our clients' key business metrics to these benchmarks, we can accurately diagnose business performance issues.
- Best Practice and Competitive reviews. We don't just look at our clients’ business challenges. We also take a hard look at what their competitors are doing, and how our client’s are doing in comparison.
